All orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 3:00 pm PST. Orders received after 3:00 pm PST will be processed on the next business day.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping and Processing charges start at $6.00 and increase with the value of your order. The order value is the subtotal of your order not including tax, special engraving, gift certificates or gift wrap charges.
International Orders –
If you are located outside of the USA, we will send you the price for shipping internationally, via email when we receive your order. Please make a note in the ORDER INSTRUCTIONS / COMMENTS box – during check-out – with your full shipping address and we will email you the shipping costs for your approval, prior to shipping. You may also provide us with your FedEx, DHL or UPS shipping account number and shipping fees will be billed to you directly.
If your order only contains BC Gift Certificates, you will be charged a $5.00 Processing fee per Certificate.
Overnight Service
Overnight orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 12:00 pm PST. Orders received after 12:00 pm PST will be processed on the next business day. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
